the staff was SUPER friendly. i organized the hotel transfer to pick me up from the ferry. the breakfast had GREAT hot food items!

i really liked having a high floor room. the views were great. a fridge was useful and so was a safe. soft music was playing near the pool bar.
i am not so happy with the many stairs as it made it hard to move around the hotel.

the pool area has many sun beds . a bar is near the pool, that is convenient. a shuttle service is available from the port, this helps a lot with arrival.

the staff were helpful, i liked this. the bus stop is in front of the hotel, this makes transport easier. cleaning staff kept our room clean, that was good.

breakfast has a nice porch for eating. breakfast selection seems good. i think everyone can find something to eat. the pool bar offers cocktails.

the spacious balcony is a plus. the room included a safe for secure storage. the fridge in the room helped keep drinks cold. the view from my room was superb.

I really appreciated the professional help from sam at the front desk. He answered all my questions. the pool area was nice, especially during the day. i loved happy hour and the views were also amazing!
the hotel has many stairs. it made getting around a little hard!

the staff was very helpful and accommodating, especially the two girls at reception. they were super friendly and available, always ready to help and provide information to the guests to have a comfortable vacation.

The hotel offers a good pool area and a good location with a great view. the staff even arranged a taxi to the port for me at the end of my stay without me asking. It was very thoughtful!

the room was clean. the shower was excellent. i enjoyed the sea view from the balcony (it was really nice). the staff were very helpful.
the breakfast had minimal selection and it wasn't always refilled. there were many stairs at the hotel and it was hard to get around (especially with luggage).
